Q.1* How did Leap Year begin and why?

Ans- Earth's orbit is not precisely 365 days a year. The trip takes about 6 hours longer than that. If we multiply 6 by four, it becomes 24 hours after four years. And 24 hours make a day, everybody knows. That's why after every four years, a leap year exists.

Leap years have been around since 46 BCE, dropping every four years. To be precise, a year is 365 days, 5 hours, 48 minutes and 56 seconds. Add up these extra hours, minutes, and seconds, it will become one day that comes every four years.
